In this regard, as the &#8220;Data Controller&#8221; as defined in the KVK Law and in accordance with the obligations set forth in Article 10 of the KVK Law and the Communiqu\u00e9 on Procedures and Principles to be Followed for the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 on March 10, 2018 (\u201cCommuniqu\u00e9\u201d), we are obliged to inform personal data owners about the processing of their personal data. In line with this obligation, we present this information regarding the identity of our Company, the purposes for which their personal data will be processed, the recipients and purposes of data transfers, the method and legal basis of data collection, and the rights granted to personal data owners under Article 11 of the KVK Law.<\/p><p>In this Privacy Notice, expressions such as &#8220;we&#8221; and &#8220;our&#8221; refer, unless explicitly stated otherwise, to Ferromagnet Electromagnetic Systems.<\/p><hr \/><p><strong>PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.1. Furthermore, personal data can be processed upon obtaining your explicit consent, in accordance with Articles 5.1 and 6.2 of the KVK Law and the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.<\/p><p>The personal data we collect will be processed for the purposes of providing the products and services we offer, customizing the products and services to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring legal and commercial security, ensuring the physical security of company locations, conducting partner\/customer\/supplier evaluations, legal compliance processes, financial operations, determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies, and carrying out our human resources policies, all in accordance with the requirements and legal bases set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.<\/p><p><strong>3.3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data to Domestic and\/or Foreign Parties<\/strong><\/p><p>The collected personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions and official bodies, as required by law or to fulfill legal obligations, to independent audit firms, tax consultants, external professionals, lawyers, insurance companies, partners, domestic and international third parties that provide services to the company, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, and relevant public and private entities, in accordance with the requirements and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.<\/p><p>Personal data may also be transferred to foreign countries that the KVK Authority has declared to have adequate protection or, in the absence of adequate protection, to countries where data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country have undertaken adequate protection in writing, with the permission of the KVK Authority.
